Linda was born in Southern California to first generation immigrants from the Philippines. She grew up in the Philippines and returned to her place of birth, the United States, to attend college.  She is the youngest of four siblings. She has five children and seven grand children.

The climb from being a single mother of five on welfare to a successful professional business woman formed the foundation for her passion to inspire others.  Now retired she enjoys sharing her stories and talents as a speaker, author, and coach.  She is passionate about photography and travel and has incorporated this love into her books.  Linda loves rocks and crystals, you might refer to her as a "rock hound" because she picks up rocks from places she visits worldwide. Her goal is to inspire others by being positive, grateful, joyful, and happy. 

Linda is the author of three books, all of which are different in content but similar in sending a message to inspire her readers.  She is currently working on her fourth book which will be similar in format to Light to Your Heart but will cover different topics.
